Custom Gardening Starter Kit

Every garden is different. Soil type, sunlight, location, and season all affect what will grow best.

Our founder and environmental educator, Andrea, personally curates pollinator-friendly plants that will thrive in your space— helping you design a beautiful new habitat that supports bees, butterflies, and other essential pollinators.

WHY POLLINATORS?

The Pollinator Shop began with a simple idea: to support pollinators by building awareness within our community about native plants and the species that depend on them, and by offering pollinator-themed goods where every purchase supports conservation organizations working to protect them.

We began by launching this website (thank you for visiting!) and becoming a vendor at local markets—an experience we’ve truly enjoyed. Along the way, we’ve met people from all over the United States, sharing gardening stories, learning from one another, and making new friends. We’re slowly expanding beyond goods to include free monthly hikes and workshops, and building partnerships with local organizations that share our mission of inviting people to get outside, slow down, and notice the pollinators and plants around them.

The Pollinator Shop is meant to connect our community to nature, to place, and to one another. Whether you’re here to shop, join a hike or workshop, explore free resources, or simply feel inspired to notice what’s growing and buzzing around you, you’re part of a community that cares about pollinators and the world they help sustain.

Thank you for being here.

  • Plant Native Flowers

Native flowers provide the nectar and pollen pollinators depend on. Even a small garden or container can become a stop along their journey, helping bees and butterflies move through our urban landscapes.

  • Create Habitat

Pollinators need more than flowers — they also need safe places to nest and shelter. Simple habitats like bee hotels, native plant beds, and natural garden spaces help support pollinators year-round.

  • Learn & Share

Education is one of the most powerful tools for conservation. We host classes throughout the Tampa Bay area and offer books, guides and free resources to help anyone start supporting pollinators.

Tell us a little about your garden, and we'll help you create a starter kit tailored to your space.
